A clearer starting point

Four things worth discussing.

Ask the practical questions before choosing a reseller arrangement.

The commercial details

Ask for credit pricing, minimum purchases, payment terms, expiry rules and how renewals are handled.

Your customer setup

Discuss the devices you expect to support, connection limits and which activation or login methods are available.

The support relationship

Clarify who handles first-line setup, how issues are escalated and what information is needed for help.

The tools and terms

Confirm available panel functions, account responsibilities and the written terms before making a commitment.

The service contact is being updated. You can prepare and copy your enquiry; it is not submitted or stored.

Before you enquire

A few useful answers.

Where can I see reseller prices?

Choose 5 credits for £175 (£35 each), 10 for £300 (£30 each), 20 for £560 (£28 each), 25 for £675 (£27 each), 30 for £780 (£26 each), or 40 for £1,000 (£25 each). Larger packs give you a lower unit price. Review your pack at checkout and confirm activation and validity terms before payment.

Does this page include a reseller panel?

This page is an enquiry route, not a panel login. Ask the team which management tools are currently available and what access an arrangement would include.

Can I enquire if I am new to reselling?

Yes. Select “New to reselling” and explain the type of customers and devices you intend to support. Any proposed arrangement is subject to the terms agreed with the team.

Does completing the form place an order?

No. The form prepares a message for discussion. It does not collect a payment, activate accounts or confirm a reseller agreement.
